Inas' Simple Seed Cracker Recipe
Say goodbye to cheeky $12 seeded crackers. With no baking skills and only a few ingredients likely already in your pantry, you can make them yourself!

So, the trick is, You can pretty much make these out of any seeds you like and make them any flavour you like as long as you use the right ratio of seeds to binding ingredients (Flax and Chia)
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup white chia seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup water
Inas' famous Tamari and Seaweed Crackers
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 5 g roasted seaweed sheets, finely chopped
Feel free to put your own twist on it, by adding up to 2 tbsp of your favourite flavours to the base mixture.

Preheat the oven to 140ºC .
- Add the pepitas to a food processor and pulse several times, until it resembles coarse sand.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the pepita ground and all remaining ingredients. Stir together for a minute, until the seeds start to gel together.
- Place half the mixture on a large piece of baking paper. Place another piece of paper on top and roll till very thin, less than a half inch. Repeat with the other half of the mixture
- Use a knife to evenly score the mixture diagonally both ways to create diamond shapes
- Place the cracker mixtures onto baking sheets and cook for minutes or until fully dehydrated and crispy, rotating the pans half-way through. Allow crackers to cool on a wire rack then break apart
