Nine years ago, began an intimate gathering on the southern coast of Costa Rica, where individuals were seeking a connection, a way to leverage their higher consciousness with natural harmony.
Where rainforest mountains meet the beach, we dance enclosed within an exotic paradise.
I cant find the words to say, looking back on photos my heart feels warm, full of love. exasperated by the amazing effort of the envision family to create such a sacred space. Based on 8 pillars, Permaculture, Spirituality, Movement, Art, Music, Community, Health and Eco building. At this festival no vendor can use or sell single use containers, no plates, cutlery, cups, straws, cans or bottles. we carried out own camping mugs, bamboo cutlery, drink bottles… and used banana leaves to eat off. Mind Blown.
Silence fills the festival grounds until 4 pm. During this time you meander, beneath the palm tree’s leaves, where tents and pitched, hammocks are hung and stages are built, people can learn about permaculture, healing, do yoga, go to the beach, plant trees, have a drink (or go to the alcohol free bar and have an elixir), rest or rave, eat fresh local fish or eat vegan food. Music was amazing, from Xavier Rudd to Matanza, Be Svedson, Mike Love and more… peaceful melodies and deep bass heavy genres, uplifting beats in the jungle and live music as the sun sets on the beach each day. This is just the tiniest taste.
Words cant describe how grateful I am to be a part of the Envision Family.
